Wedding Catering & Pans of Food Caterers
We offer a full spectrum of services to suit your catering needs from full service wedding catering to pans of food to-go. Our goal is to give our customers outstanding food while fitting into their particular party planning budget. Edith’s Catering food is made with locally resourced ingredients whenever possible and our catering menu is best classified as American classic cooking with a modern, clean twist. Customers love dishes like chicken with peach glaze and the more classic roast beef and filling.
Pans of Food:
Whether you are planning a retirement party in the office, a baby shower in your home, or a low budget wedding, we have come up with a very easy way to plan your menu. Our pans are priced by the half pan which feeds up to twelve people, and the whole pan, which feeds up to twenty four. Take advantage of the calculator on the page to help you determine what to order. Pick up your food at the restaurant, or we charge an additional flat fee of $20(5 mile radius) to deliver your pans, and $50(5 mile radius) to set up with chafing dishes. So, if you were looking to have chafing dishes at your party, we would deliver, set up, and tear down, for an additional charge of only $50. If you are just looking to have your pans delivered hot (as always), your cost is only $20.
Our pans of food always arrive hot and fresh at the specific time you request. Also, if you do not see something you are looking for, please email or call us. More than likely, we will be able to prepare it for you.
“Chris and I just wanted to send you a big Thank You for catering our wedding! Everything was delicious and all of our guests expressed how much they loved the food. We will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone we can! Thank you again so much!!!” – Jess & Chris Romans
For weddings, Edith’s provides a full service, all inclusive option that will provide you with stellar food, beverages, and service so that you can focus your attention on your family and friends. Depending on your budget,
you may want to look at our Pans of Food option but keep in mind that with our all-inclusive price, you are receiving one on one service with us for the day.
Also consider additional items such as appetizers for your guests so they have something to keep them occupied while you are getting your wedding photos done.
We make some great homemade pies in our restaurant. We had a bride buy an assortment of them for a dessert station and her guests loved it. Traditionally, your guests share in the wedding cake, however you can do whatever you want on your day! Buy a smaller cake and opt for an assortment of pie!
Consider the time of year as well when planning the food. Think lighter fare for hotter months and heavier, meat and
potatoes for chillier months. Also, beverages can be fun! Many people enjoy infused waters and teas, they taste amazing in the summer as well as make eye catching presentations. Consider a fun, pink lemonade in mason jars like the picture. Having a winter wedding? Try a fun and memorable hot chocolate bar, or various blends of hot teas with infusions of herbs.
$18 per person would include: 2 entrees, 3 sides, garden salad, dinner rolls with whipped honey butter, porcelain plates, fancy silver plastic ware (looks real), napkins, buffet set up and tear down, two beverages with ice and disposable cups, disposable plates and plastic ware for the cake cutting and two professional staff on site.
