Home of Edith’s Catering, Edith’s Market, and Edith’s Pot Pie!

Ediths was founded on deep love of family and faith. Grammy Yordy, Edith, was a very kind and giving woman. She enjoyed making pot pie with her family and passing cookbooks and traditions down to her daughters and granddaughters. Edith’s is owned and operated by her great-granddaughter, Shauna, who still remembers the light that her Grammy Yordy carried, how she treated people with kindness and respect, and cared for those around her. What began as a little old pot pie stand at the Bloomsburg Fair in 1999(which Edith had started with Shauna), has grown into a local favorite which many families enjoy! Grammy Yordy would be thrilled!
